Right of withdrawal (EU)
In accordance with European regulations, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide any reason.
Extended return policy
We offer an extended return window of 30 days from the date of purchase. The product must be:
- In original condition
- Unused and undamaged
- In its original packaging where possible

Refunds
Once the product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email.
Non-refundable products
Returns are not accepted for products damaged due to misuse or opened hygiene products.
