2. Orders and Contract

The order constitutes an offer to purchase that PetReliefTech may accept or reject. Order confirmation via email does not constitute final acceptance until the product has been shipped.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be completed at the time of order using the methods available on the website (credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay).

4. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery times are 5-8 business days from shipment. PetReliefTech is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy allows 30 days from the date of purchase. For full details, please refer to our Return Policy. In accordance with EU regulations, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product.
